近20年美国教师工会研究的概念框架及应用

Abstract
Byusingthemethodofliteratureanalysis,thispapersystematicallyanalyzedandcombedtheliteraturesofresear-chesonteacherunioninAmericaInrecent20years,andextracted20representativeconceptualframeworks.Theseconcep-tualframeworkswerecharacterizedbyrichnessanddiversity,theirupdatingperiodwasshortandstable,andtheirfocus shiftedgraduallyfrom"organization"to"individual".Thedisciplinerootsoftheconceptualframeworkincludedorganiza-tionalbehavior,politics,economicsandsociology.Theteacherunionhasexperiencedthechangesoftheroleofthedefend-erofteacher’seconomicrightsandinterests,thepromoteroftheeducationalreformmovements,theparticipantinthepo-liticaldecision-makingandthepromoteroftheteachers’teachingspecialization.Byintroducingtheapplicationofthese conceptualframeworksunderthebackgroundsoftheevolutionofthehistoricalrolesofteacherunion,wehopedtodrawles-sonsfortheresearchoneducationalunionsinourcountry.关键词
