摘要

Abstract

Teacher evaluation is important for improving teacher quality.Based on the SSCI database, the study se-lected 2189 international teacher assessment studies from 1917 to 2017, using scientific knowledge maps and content analysis methods to analyze the academic discourse power, hot topics and development trends of international teacher assessment researches.Studies have shown that European and American countries have the main academic discourse power on international teacher evaluation research; researchers whose research contents are focused and stable grasp the main academic discourse power.The hot topics of international teacher evaluation research include student-orien-ted teacher evaluation research, evaluation on teacher internal driving force, formative teacher evaluation and teacher evaluation model.Development trend includes that teacher evaluation design emphasizes systemic structure; teacher evaluation purpose emphasizes feedback and practice development; teacher evaluation subject and object emphasize multiple stakeholders; teacher evaluation method emphasizes multiple combinations.
