摘要

Abstract

Teachers Professional Accreditation System is an important measure to establish and improve the quality as-surance system of teacher education and to comprehensively intensify the reform of teacher education in colleges and universities.Through reviewing the development of teacher education in China, this paper reveals the problems in the transformation of teacher education and the historical inevitability of the certification, analyzes the realistic logic of Teachers Professional Accreditation System, and provides reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the certifica-tion system.
