摘要

Abstract

The new teachers in universities generally have good professional knowledge, but the teaching skills are not good.Exploring the scientific path of teaching skills training for new teachers in universities is the key to improve the curriculum and teaching quality of higher education.Based on the theory of cognitive apprenticeship system, this pa-per constructs the situational practice model of teaching skills training for new teachers in universities, explains its characteristics and basic elements, and analyzes the implementation strategies and concrete effects of teaching skills training for new teachers in universities in Shanghai based on situational practice model.
