民国时期高校教师兼职情况、特点及原因分析
The Situation, Characteristics and Cause Analysis of Part－time University Teachers during Republic Period of China
摘要
Abstract
During Republic Period of China, part－time teachers were very common in various types of universities. The situation of part－time teachers wasalso unbalanced in various universities, and the part－time teachers were busy and could not guarantee the quality of teaching.Thereasons for the phenomenon of part－time teachers wereclosely re－lated to the political and economic situation, the government and universities＇policy and economic conditions of teach－ers themselves.Specifically, lack of talent persons, shortage of funds, economic difficulties of teachers, government＇s attitude towards part－time teachers and teacheremployment policy were the main reasons.关键词
