摘要

Abstract

The aim of teacher profession development is cultivating the‘Four Qualities of a Good Teacher’.It is an inevitable choice in order to satisfied the party and the people in the new era.This article combines the author's own experience of 30 years’principals training, especially the practical experience of participating in the training of fa-mous teachers and principals in Guizhou Province in the past five years.This paper discussed the theory and practice of Four Qualities of a Good Teacher from three dimensions: self-identity, professional identity and value identity.
