摘要

Abstract

To deepen the construction of teaching staff in vocational institutes in the new era and improve the quality of teachers in vocational institutes,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the structure of vocational institutes teachers’ professional competence and effectively improve the professional level of teachers in vocational institutes.The Professional Competence field and competence unit of teachers in vocational institutes were developed by DACUMJob Analysis technolo- gy,and then the professional competence structure of teachers in vocational institutes was constructed by using exploratory factor analysis and verification factor analysis.The structure consists of 6 factors which include 41 competence factors.6 factors include teaching ability,program building ability,participation in student and school management ability,research ability,school-enterprise cooperation and service ability,and self-upgrading of ability.The six-factor structure model has been better tested and is an acceptable model.
