International Teacher Education Professional Accreditation:Building Evidencebased System
摘要
Abstract
Teacher education professional accreditation,as one of the significant means to guarantee the quality of teacher education,has attracted much attention from researchers and policy-makers all over the world.At present,the approach of international teacher education professional accreditation has been shifting from input to evidence-based performance evalua- tion focusing on the effectiveness of teacher preparation and the positive impact on students’learning.This paper reviewed the evidence-based evaluation of teacher education professional accreditation from the developed countries primarily inclu- ding the United States,Australia,Canada and UK.It would provide significant implications for teacher education profes- sional accreditation in Chinese context in research,policy and practice.关键词
