摘要

Abstract

The high-quality development of education requires high-quality teaching as the internal support.Teaching has the characteristics of the times and development.High-quality teaching is in line with the requirements of the times,and cultivating new talents is its due function.From the perspective of the constituent elements of teaching activities and their interrelationships,the functions required by the development of the times need to be supported by corresponding structures.Fundamentally,achieving the goal of cultivating new talents in the era requires high-quality teaching practices,which can be characterized from function,structure,and practice.The cultivation of new talents in the era is the driving force for teaching to move from existing forms to high-quality ones.Teaching theory and technical means provide support for optimizing teaching structure,and teachers are the key to generating high-quality teaching practices.To build high-quality teaching,teachers need to adhere to the mission of cultivating people and accurately grasp the goals and tasks of high-quality teaching construction;bridge professional gaps and strive to improve the theoretical and technical level of high-quality teaching construction;follow practical logic to reconstruct their own teaching intentions and habits,as well as teaching contexts.
