摘要

Abstract

Based on the bipolar process,a constant current source circuit with high current and high output resistance is designed.An emitter-out structure is applied in the constant current source so that the output resistance is not sensitive to the output current,and accordingly the current source can keep a high output resistance when offering a high current.This structure is suitable for the ICs which need a constant high current,such as the active load of constant current source in the front stage of the driving stage of power operational amplifiers.
