摘要

Abstract

In information and electronic communication systems,there are often high-bandwidth data transmission and storage requirements,and especially in the embedded field,the requirements for data storage capacity and transmission rate are higher and higher.A solid state disk(SSD)controller design scheme is proposed,which uses multi-channel expansion to manage Flash arrays,and has a certain degree of upgradability and scalability.At the same time,according to the transmission characteristics of SSD data,a high-speed direct memory access(DMA)transmission technology is realized,which effectively improves the efficiency of the DMA and CPU resource utilization in the process of SSD data transmission,and enables the SSD controller to work normally in industrialized environments of-55-125 ℃.
