Framework and Cultivating Path of"Top-notch Innovative Talent Cultivation Literacy"for Chinese Teachers
本研究通过文献分析法与德尔菲法,对我国教师的"拔尖创新人才培育素养"框架进行探索性建构.该框架以拔尖创新人才核心素养为逻辑起点,以国际上关于资优教育教师的专业素养理念为借鉴,以教师专业素养结构"三维说"作为一级指标的建构依据.通过三轮德尔菲法对三个级别指标进行意见征询,综合吸纳 12 位专家意见,建构起以专业知识素养、专业能力素养、专业精神素养为一级指标,并包括 12 个二级指标、31 个三级指标的中国教师"拔尖创新人才培育素养"框架,各素养指标…查看全部>>
