摘要

Abstract

To explore the ways and means to reform the traditional teaching mode and improve the teaching quality of Ergonomics course.Based on the construction requirements of first-class courses,the course objectives are constructed,and the key issues are solved by the curriculum and teaching reform are proposed.The course is integrated with enterprises to solve the problem of updating the course content and training talents to meet the needs of society.The study solves the problem of teaching effectiveness through online and offline mixed,interactive teaching methods inside and outside the classroom,improves the practical teaching system and solve the problem of insufficient cultivation of students'engineering practice ability by taking design results as the guide.We organize and implement the construction and improvement of offline and online teaching contents and resources of the course,and carry out the teaching practice of multi-dimensional interaction between online and offline,before,during and after class.Through the practice in recent years,it proves that the reformed and optimized teaching mode of the course can achieve better results in cultivating students'"human-centered"innovative design literacy and ability.
