"三教"协同创新背景下高校学历继续教育的改革策略OACHSSCD

Research on the Reform Strategies of College Degree Continuing Education under the Background of"Three Educations"Collaborative Innovation

党的二十大报告提出"统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新"(简称"三教"协同创新),进一步明确了我国高校学历继续教育在"一体、两翼、五重点"的职业发展体系中的重要地位.对高校学历继续教育、职业教育和高等教育等三个阶段的融合发展历程进行分析发现,我国高校学历继续教育还存在学历认可度不高、教育资源不足、缺乏行业对接和合作机制、学习效果与学习成本成反比等四个方面的问题.为了更加契合高校学历继续教育的高等教育和职业教育属性,可以从加强产教融合导向、拓宽学习路径和培养模式、加强师资队伍建设、推动信息化和智能化应用等四个方面提出改革发展的策略,为我国全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供强大的、可持续的人力资源支撑.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed"coordinated innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education"(referred to as"three educations"collaborative innovation),which further clarified the important position of China's college degree continuing education in the career development system of"one main body,two wings,and five key points".The analysis of the integration and development process of the three stages of college degree continuing education,vocational education and higher education shows that there are still four problems in China's college degree continuing education,such as low degree of academic recognition,insufficient educational resources,lack of educa-tion-industry connection and cooperation mechanism,and inverse proportion of learning effect and learning cost.In order to be more in line with the higher education and vocational education attributes of college degree continuing education,we put forward reform and development strategies from four aspects:strengthening the integration of industry and education,broadening learning paths and training modes,strengthening the construction of the teachers'team,and promoting informatization and intelligent application,so as to provide strong and sustainable human resource support for China's comprehensive construction of a socialist country.
