Abstract
With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous changes in occupational needs,the collaborative innovation of voca-tional education and higher continuing education has become a hot topic in the current education field.This article starts from the importance,and then summarizes effective methods for collaborative innovation between vocational education and higher continuing education.To achieve the collaborative inno-vation,it is necessary for governments,colleges,and enterprises to work together,establishing reasonable institutional mechanisms and collaborative inno-vation platforms,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and the integration of educational resources,and promoting educational reform and inno-vation.Through collaborative innovation,vocational education can draw on advanced concepts and teaching models of higher education to improve the quality of talent cultivation.Higher continuing education can be combined with vocational education to provide more flexible and personalized learning op-portunities for in-service personnel,promoting their career development and upgrading.关键词
