《教育——财富蕴藏其中》对 21 世纪世界各国的终身教育事业发展具有重要指导意义.重新回顾和深入解读该报告的终身教育理念,能够发扬保罗·朗格让的终身教育思想,并对我国新时代终身教育实践提供理论参考和借鉴.通过剖析终身教育的内涵、必要性以及其四项原则,获得如下启示:第一,家庭教育要重视"四个学会",为儿童打下坚实的人生发展基础;第二,学校教育系统衔接,从"与世隔绝"到"半融入社会"直至"融入社会";第三,社会教育价值观导向从"务本"到"力行"再到"教育决定教育".

The report"LEARNING:THE TREASURE WITHIN"has guiding significance for the development of lifelong education in countries a-round the world in the 21st century.Reviewing and interpreting the concept of lifelong education in the report can carry forward Paul Lengrand's idea of lifelong education and provide theoretical reference for China's lifelong education practice in the new era.By analyzing the connotation,necessity,and the four principles of lifelong education,we can obtain enlightenment for lifelong education in China.First,in family education,importance should be atta-ched to the"Four Learnings"to lay a solid foundation for children's life development;Second,the cohesion and systematization of school education should be strengthened,from"isolation"to"semi-integration"and then to"integration";Third,the orientation of social education values should be standardized,from"seeking the root"to"practicing"and to"education determined by education".
