报废更新补贴政策视角下农业机械化转型研究
Transformation and Upgrading Mechanism and Countermeasures of Agricultural Mechanization from the Perspective of Agricultural Machinery Scrapping and Renewal Subsidy Policy

Abstract
With the comprehensive promotion and implementation of the agricultural machinery scrapping and renewal subsidy policy,China′s agricultural mechanization will gradually transform and upgrade to green,intelligent,high-quali-ty and high-efficiency.Through combing the development process of agricultural mechanization in China,this paper ana-lyzes the necessity and influencing factors of transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization,and analyzes the mechanism of agricultural machinery scrapping and renewal subsidy policy to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization.The research shows that the agricultural mechanization in China is in the transition stage,the structure of agricultural machinery equipment needs to be further adjusted,the agricultural machinery operation needs to be further comprehensive,and the socialized service system of agricultural machinery needs to be further improved.The transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization will be affected by topography,technology,transfer of agricul-tural labor,farmers′ education level,socialized agricultural machinery services,economic level and agricultural machin-ery subsidy policies.The agricultural machinery scrapping and renewal subsidy policy promotes the transformation and up-grading of agricultural mechanization through scrapping subsidies and renewal subsidies.Based on the above conclusions,this paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricul-tural mechanization.关键词
