以有效载荷为 135kg 的 FBH-300 T 纵列式重载油动双旋翼无人机为研究对象,测量了飞机旋翼风场和喷头数据,并使用 Fluent 建立喷头在外流场中的仿真模型.采用计算流体力学(Computer Fluid Dynamic,CFD)的方法,对 FBH-300 T 无人机飞行速度、侧风和载荷对飞机施药过程中雾滴沉积的影响进行了仿真计算和试验验证.结果表明:植保无人机的飞行速度、侧风和载荷都会影响雾滴的沉积分布,雾滴沉积受侧风的影响最大,其次为飞行速度,受载荷的影响最小;在 0~2m/s 的侧风和 0~5m/s 的飞行速度范围内,雾滴的穿透性和漂移变化不大;飞机从满载到空载的施药过程中,雾滴沉积特性基本不发生变化,符合田间试验结果.由此证明:使用Flu-ent 开展植保无人机雾滴沉积特性的相关研究是可行的,能够为植保无人机雾滴漂移、运动及沉积研究提供参考.

Taking the FBH-300T tandem heavy-duty oil-powered dual-rotor UAV with a payload of 135kg as the re-search object,the wind field and nozzle data of the aircraft rotor were measured,and the simulation model of the nozzle in the external flow field was established using Fluent,and computational fluid dynamics was used.The effects of FBH-300T UAV flight speed,crosswind and load on droplet deposition during aircraft application were simulated and verified by the method of Computer Fluid Dynamic.The results show that the flight speed,crosswind and load of the plant protec-tion UAV will affect the deposition distribution of droplets.The droplet deposition is most affected by the crosswind,fol-lowed by the flight speed,which is least affected by the load.In the crosswind of/s and the flight speed range of 0-5m/s,the penetration and drift of the droplets do not change much.Consistent with the results of field experiments.It is proved that it is feasible to use Fluent to carry out research on droplet deposition characteristics of plant protection drones.This paper can provide a reference for the research on droplet drift,movement and deposition of plant protection drones.
