Abstract
Food security is an important material basis for national long-term security,the research and application of grain drying and storage technology in reducing grain loss and ensuring food safety and quality are of great significance.Based on the collection and arrangement of domestic drying and storage technology and equipment,this paper focuses on the research status and development trends of drying and storage machinery and safe grain storage technology,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various drying and storage technology and equipment,and provides The scope of ap-plication of different drying and storage technologies is introduced,and the pesticidal,temperature control and grain con-dition monitoring technologies equipped in the storage process are introduced,and the development direction of drying and storage technology and equipment suitable for new agricultural management entities is proposed.Provide reference for the main body to store grain safely.关键词
