摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]This research aims to explore the United States'policy to promote the transformation of the Five Eyes Alli-ance in recent years and provide a certain reference for China to deal with the problems brought about by the transformation of the Five Eyes Alliance.[Research method]Using the case study method,it analyzes the research results,policy documents,news reports and oth-er literature materials related to the Five Eyes Alliance,and summarizes the management measures taken by the United States in the trans-formation process of the Alliance.[Research conclusion]Facing the new alliance dilemma in the transformation of the Alliance,the Unit-ed States has taken measures to manage it from four levels:cognition,power,system and interests,which has achieved good results,making the actions of the Five Eyes Alliance basically consistent and transforming it into an alliance of"great power competition"targeting China smoothly.关键词
