活动理论视角下游戏化学习中知识转移活动的特征及运行过程研究
Study of the Features and Operation Process of Knowledge Transfer Activities in Game-Based Learning from the Perspective of Activity Theory

Abstract
[Research purpose]By introducing activity theory into knowledge transfer activities of gamified learning,we can systematical-ly promote the efficient collaboration of various elements in knowledge transfer activities of gamified learning,accelerate knowledge trans-fer and sharing,and promote knowledge value-added and innovation.[Research method]The characteristics of knowledge transfer in gamification learning are determined based on the characteristics of activity theory and knowledge characteristics,and a knowledge transfer activity model is constructed to clarify the effects of coordination and interaction of various elements on knowledge transfer effects.Final-ly,the museum knowledge script killing is taken as an example to verify the conclusion.[Research conclusion]Activity theory can clari-fy the operation process of knowledge transfer,and can be applied to the analysis of explicit and implicit knowledge transfer in specific ac-tivities.It is found that the contradictions in activities,game content,technology empowerment,community interaction and game situation have a significant impact on the knowledge transfer effect of the subject.关键词
