鱼皮中胶原蛋白的药用价值研究进展
Research progress on medicinal value of collagen in fish skin
摘要
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards,people's demand for aquatic seafood and other food is growing day by day,so the fish skin and other by-products produced by the processing of aquatic products are gradually increasing.How to correctly deal with such by-products and maximize economic benefits has become a big problem faced by enterprises.Collagen and gelatin extracted from fish skin not only have antihypertensive,antibacterial,antioxidant,and other medicinal values but also can improve the comprehensive utiliza-tion and economic value of fish skin and other by-products.This article mainly introduced the collagen in fish skin and its medicinal value and summarized the treatment methods of collagen to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on fish skin.关键词
