Mr.ZHANG Dian-zhou is a pioneer in the development of contemporary mathematics education in China,propelling the vigorous growth of Mathematics education with Chinese characteristics and leading it to the international stage.The year 2023 commemorates the 90th anniversary of Mr.ZHANG Dian-zhou's birth,and this dedicated article is written to honor his legacy.It draws upon his unwavering national self-confidence,his extensive international perspective,and his widespread international influence.This tribute inspires the colleagues in the academic community to,during China's distinctive journey towards modernization,strive to promote Chinese mathematics education based on the local development to highlight its distinct characteristics to the world.The initiative is committed to raising the global profile of China's mathematics education by integrating diverse global insights and steadfastly contributing to positioning mathematics education with Chinese characteristics at the forefront of the global arena.关键词
