补喂赖氨酸和苏氨酸对放牧条件下泌乳母马血液生化指标的影响OACSTPCD
Effects of supplementing lysine and threonine on blood biochemical indices of lactating mares under grazing conditions
通过给放牧条件下泌乳母马补饲赖氨酸和苏氨酸,探究其对泌乳母马血液生化指标的影响,为氨基酸调控泌乳期母马的健康提供参考依据.选择产驹日期相近(5 月份),年龄 7~9 岁,胎次 4~5 胎,平均体重(428.00±33.42)kg,泌乳 30d的伊犁马母马 24 匹,随机分为4 个组,每组6 匹,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组.在相同的放牧条件下(放牧时间、饮水时间、挤奶时间和放牧草场完全相同),对照组不进行任何氨基酸补喂,试验Ⅰ组每匹马补饲赖氨酸 40 g/d+苏氨酸20 g/d,试验Ⅱ组每匹马补饲赖氨酸 60 g/d+苏氨酸40 g/d,试验Ⅲ组每匹马补饲赖氨酸 80 g/d+苏氨酸 60 g/d.整个补饲期为 120 d,定期采集母马血液,测定相关生化指标.结果:在蛋白质代谢方面,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组母马血液中总蛋白和白蛋白含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),尿酸含量分别比对照组提高 16.33%、37.20%和 17.58%;在糖脂代谢方面,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组的总胆红素均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量均低于对照组;在酶活力方面,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组的谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活力均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶和肌酸激酶的活力随着赖氨酸和苏氨酸剂量的增加而呈上升趋势;在矿物质方面,Ca2+、无机磷和Mg2+的含量各组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验Ⅱ组Fe2+含量最高,与其他 3 组有显著或极显著差异.综上,在放牧条件下给泌乳母马补饲赖氨酸和苏氨酸可降低其血液中葡萄糖、甘油三酯含量以及谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶的活力,提高总胆红素、无机磷、Mg2+和Fe2+的含量,促进泌乳母马的健康,以每匹泌乳母马摄入60g/d的赖氨酸和 40g/d的苏氨酸效果最佳.
This experiment was to study the effects of supplementing lysine and threonine on blood biochemical indexes of lactating mares under grazing conditions so as to provide reference for amino acid regulation for the health of lactating mares.In this study,24 Yili mares with similar foaling date(May),8-10 years of age,parities of 3-4 parities,average weight of(428.00±33.42)kg and lactation for 30 days were selected.The mares were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 mares in each group,which were the control group,trial group Ⅰ,trial group Ⅱ and trial group Ⅲ,respectively.Under the same grazing conditions(the same grazing time,drinking time,milking time and graz-ing pasture).The control group was not fed with any amino acid supplement.Each horse in trial group Ⅰ was fed with a diet supplemented with lysine 40 g/d+threonine 20 g/d,the diet for each horse in trial group Ⅱ was supplemented with lysine 60 g/d+threonine 40 g/d,and that of each horse in trial group Ⅲ was supplemented with lysine 80 g/d+threonine 60 g/d.The supplementary feeding experiment lasted for 120 days,and then the cervical vein blood samples of the mares were collected regularly to determine the relevant biochemical indexes.The results were as follows:In terms of protein metabolism,the contents of total protein and albumin in the blood of the mares in trial groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the uric acid content was increased by 16.33%,37.20% and 17.58%,respectively.In terms of glucose and lipid metabolism,the total bilirubin of trial groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),their glucose and triglyceride contents were lower than those of the control group.In terms of en-zyme activity,the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in trial groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The activity of alkaline phosphatase and creatine kinase increased with higher doses of lysine and threonine.In terms of mineral ions,there were no significant differences in the contents of Ca2+,inorganic phosphorus and Mg2+among all the groups(P>0.05),but the contents of Fe2+in trial group Ⅱ were the highest,and there were significant or extremely significant differences when compared with the other three groups.In conclusion,supplementation of lysine and threonine to the diet for lactating mares under the same grazing conditions reduced the activities of glucose,triglyceride,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamyl transaminase in their blood,increased the contents of total bilirubin,inorganic phosphorus,Mg2+and Fe2+,and promoted the health of the mares.The intake of 60 g/d of lysine and 40 g/d of threonine for individual lactating mare was the most effective.
