Abstract
Lycopene is a kind of carotenoids,mainly exists in tomato,carrot and other fruits and vegetables.Lycopene is of great significance in preventing cardiovascular disease,improving human immunity and delaying aging.Lycopene is widely used as an ingredient in ordinary food,health food,dietary supplements and other foods.In this paper,the application forms,regulatory requirements,standard construction,and product efficacy promotion of lycopene in various food fields were reviewed,and development suggestions were put forward to provide a basis for the development and application of food containing lycopene.关键词
