附子及其药对治疗慢性心力衰竭研究进展
Research Progress of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Its Couplet Medicinals in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the terminal stage of many cardiovascular diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the pattern type of CHF is mostly deficiency in the root and excess in the tip,and yang deficiency of the heart and kidney is the key pathogenesis.Long time heart qi deficiency affects heart yang,and heart yang deficiency runs through the whole pathological process.There are yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome,heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and yang qi collapse syndrome in syndrome differentiation of this condition.The treatment,therefore,is usually focused on replenishing qi and warming yang.Fu Zi(Radix aconiti lateralis preparata),an important medicine for warming yang,is rigid dry in nature,and is good at moving around the body without sticking to a particular location,and therefore,can assist heart yang and unblock vessels.Therefore,in the treatment of CHF using warming yang method,radix aconiti lateralis preparata is mostly used.This treatment is to take its function of restoring yang to save from collapse.Radix aconiti lateralis preparata is often used by combining with other medicinals,such as Ren Shen(radix ginseng),Huang Qi(radix astragali seu hedysari),Gan Jiang(rhizoma zingiberis),Gui Zhi(ramulus cinnamomi),and Gan Cao(radix glycyrhizae),to enhance its effect of replenishing Yang.In order to provide guidance and help for the clinical treatment of CHF,the authors reviewed the clinical application research and mechanism research progress of radix aconiti lateralis preparata and other commonly used medicinals related in recent years,and analyzed the clinical practice and prescription of modern physicians in treating CHF.关键词
