高校科研评价制度对教师科研行为的影响
The Influence of University Research Evaluation System on Teachers'Research Behavior

Abstract
In order to examine the impact of university research evaluation system on teachers'research behavior,446 university teachers from eight schools were surveyed to analyze the impact of university research evaluation system on teachers'research behavior by using correlation,regression and structural equations from the six dimensions of evaluation concept,evaluation subject,evaluation indexes,evaluation methods,evaluation procedures and application of evaluation results with the mediating role of teachers'satisfaction.It is found that:(1)the university research evaluation system has a significant positive correlation with teachers'satisfaction and research behavior.(2)Evaluation concept has a significant positive effect on teachers'satisfaction,and evaluation concept,evaluation indexes and application of evaluation results have a significant positive effect on university teachers'research behavior.(3)The three variables of evaluation concept,evaluation indexes and evaluation results application indirectly affect research behavior with teacher satisfaction as a mediator,and teacher satisfaction plays a partly mediating role between university teachers'research evaluation system and research behavior.Based on the conclusions of the study,countermeasures are proposed for the reform of university teachers'research evaluation system from the four dimensions of evaluation concept,evaluation index,evaluation result application and evaluation external environment.关键词
