农村0～3岁婴幼儿父母胜任力测评模型构建及应用
Research on the Construction and Application of Parental Competence Evaluation Model for 0-3 Year Old Infants in Rural Areas

Abstract
The parental competence of 0-3 year old infants"0-3 year old infans"hereinafter referred to as"infants"in rural areas is a key factor affecting the development of rural infants,which is related to the quality of family education and the realization of social equity.Scientific and effective evaluation tools are the basis for improving the parental competence of rural infants.Based on Spencer's Universal Competence Dictionary model,and comprehensively using literature method,behavioral event interview method,Delphi method and questionnaire method,this study constructed a rural infant parental competence assessment model:Y=0.167A+0.269B+0.244C+0.128D+0.194E.This model is used to evaluate the parental competence of 2560 rural infants in China.The results show that the overall parental competence of rural infants is average and their ability lag significantly.There are division effect,critical point effect,dilution effect and middle collapse in gender,income and education,number of children and region respectively,The practical application of the evaluation model verifies the reliability and operability of the model.关键词
