改革开放以来我国普通中小学学生评价政策演进特征与未来展望
Evolution Characteristics and Future Prospects of Student Evaluation Policy in Primary and Secondary Schools in China Since Reform and Opening up

Abstract
Student evaluation is the fundamental component of educational evaluation,and its results can be used to measure the quality of student cultivation and the level of educational development,which in turn,fosters student advance-ment.Student evaluation policy is an important guarantee for the scientific implementation of student evaluation,and it is conducive to the smooth realization of student evaluation function.This study examines 52 national-level educational pol-icies pertaining to the evaluation of students in regular primary and secondary schools.Utilizing NVivo 12plus software,the policies underwent a standardized qualitative analysis and in-depth interpretation,following a three-tier coding proce-dure.It is found that the evolution of the evaluation policy for ordinary primary and secondary school students in China has distinct characteristics in the aspects of value orientation,evaluation standard,evaluation index,organization and operation mechanism,while also highlighting several issues.Therefore,it is necessary to persist with an educational focus on foster-ing individuals,deepening the philosophy underpinning quality education,thoroughly comprehend the fundamental princi-ples behind the formulation of student assessment standards to enhance their scientific basis,further emphasize teacher professional development to improve evaluative competencies,expand communication channels,and ensure high-quality or-ganizational effectiveness.关键词
