电辅助吸附法提锂电极循环稳定性试验研究OA
Experimental study on electrode cycle stability of electro-assisted ion adsorption lithium recovery
电辅助吸附法提锂是一种重要的盐湖提锂方法,其核心是吸附电极,吸附电极在多次提锂过程中的循环稳定性会显著影响其使用寿命,进而影响提锂的运行成本.然而电辅助吸附法提锂研究大多关注吸附电极单次提锂性能,忽略了电极循环稳定性的影响.基于此,开展了电辅助吸附法中的离子捕获系统试验,提出了镍钴锰三元电极在多次提锂循环过程中的电极脱落物理模型,即在多次循环过程中,三元电极初级晶粒首先出现裂纹,暴露出内部的二级晶粒,电压过高将导致二级晶粒出现裂纹而失效,通过控制吸附解离过程中的截止电压在 1 V以下可以较好地维持电极材料的循环稳定性.
Electroassisted adsorption is an important method for lithium extraction from salt lakes,the core of which is the adsorption electrode.The cyclic stability of the adsorption electrode in the process of multiple lithium extraction will significantly affect its service life,and then affect the operating cost of lithium extraction.However,research on lithium extraction using electro assisted adsorption mostly focuses on the performance of adsorption electrodes for sin-gle lithium extraction,ignoring the influence of electrode cycling stability.Based on this,the ion capture system test in the electro assisted adsorption method was carried out,and a physical model of electrode shedding in the process of multiple lithium extraction cycles was proposed,that is,in the process of multiple cycles,the primary grain of the ter-nary electrode cracks first,exposing the internal secondary grain,and excessive voltage will lead to cracks and failure of the secondary grain.The cyclic stability of the electrode material can be better maintained by controlling the cut-off voltage in the process of adsorption and dissociation below 1 V.
