为研究不同比例大麦替代玉米对肉牛生产性能和经济效益的影响,本试验选取20头体重相近的西门塔尔公牛,随机分为4组,分别为全玉米组(无皮大麦替代玉米),1/3大麦组(日粮配方中用1/3皮大麦替代玉米),2/3大麦组(日粮配方中用2/3皮大麦替代玉米),全大麦组(日粮配方中皮大麦完全替代玉米),预饲期7 d,正试期47 d.结果显示:随着皮大麦替代比例增加,日粮中呕吐毒素和黄曲霉毒素含量逐渐降低.大麦替代玉米对肉牛生产性能和采食量均无显著影响,日增重结果为全玉米组(1.62 kg/d)>全大麦组(1.52 kg/d)>1/3大麦组(1.34 kg/d)>2/3大麦组(1.32 kg/d).全大麦组消化率最高,依次为全玉米组、2/3大麦组和1/3大麦组.综合经济效益为全玉米组(44.02元/头/d)>全大麦组(40.87元/头/d)>2/3大麦组(33.93元/头/d)>1/3大麦组(33.86元/头/d).综上,皮大麦完全替代玉米比部分替代效果更佳,肉牛育肥日粮可考虑采用皮大麦完全替代玉米.

To evaluate the effect of substituting corn with barley grain on growth performance and eco-nomic benefits of cattle,twenty Simmental cattle with similiar weight were randomly divided into four groups and were fed corn-based diet(no supplied barley),1/3 barley-based diet,2/3 barley-based diet and barley-based diet.The experiment lasted for 54 days,with 7 days for adaption and 47 days for experiment.The results showed that the concentration of vomitoxin and aflatoxin in the diet decreased with the increase of substituted barley.The practice of substituting corn with different rations of barley didn't influence the growth performance and dry matter intake of cattle,but the average daily gain was shown in the order of corn-based diet(1.62 kg/d)>barley-based diet(1.52 kg/d)>1/3 barley-based diet(1.34 kg/d)>2/3 bar-ley-based diet(1.32 kg/d).Fecal separator showed barley-based diet had highest digestibility,followed by corn-based diet,2/3 barley-based diet and 1/3 barley-based diet.The economic benefits ranked corn-based diet(44.02),barley-based diet(40.87),2/3 barley-based diet(33.93)and 1/3 barley-based diet(33.86).In summary,whole barley replacement is more effective than partial replacement,and it is recommended to feed fattening cattle with barley-based diet.
