Summary of the best evidence-based evidence for the intervention and management of asthenia and sarcopenia in patients with decompensation period of cirrhosis

Abstract
Objective:To search,rate and summarize the best evidence for the intervention and management of enervation and sarcopenia in patients with decompensation period of cirrhosis,so as to provide reference for clinical intervention and management.Methods:The database were searched including Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Best Practice,Up To Date,NICE,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,European Association of Liver Diseases,Google Academic,Wanfang Database,CNKI,Yimaitong,then to obtain all the evidence for the intervention and management of enervation and sarcopenia in patients with decompensation period of cirrhosis.Results:A total of 9 papers were included,including 6 guidelines,2 expert consensus and 1 systematic review.A total of 27 pieces of best evidence were summarized.It mainly involves 7 aspects:concept recognition of enervation and sarcopenia in patients with decompensation period of cirrhosis,selection of the best assessment tool for enervation and sarcopenia,nutritional intervention management for enervation and sarcopenia,exercise intervention management,drug intervention management,and integrated intervention concept for enervation and sarcopenia in patients with decompensation period of cirrhosis.Conclusions:The best evidence for the intervention and management of enervation and sarcopenia in patients with decompensation period of cirrhosis is abundant,but some of the data are from foreign evidence-based resources,and they need to be localized when used.关键词
