牙髓血运重建术在年轻恒牙牙髓坏死伴/不伴根尖周炎治疗中的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of pulp revascularization in the treatment of immature permanent teeth with/without periapi-cal periodontitis and pulp necrosis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of dental pulp revascularization in the treatment of pulp necrosis in immature permanent teeth with or without periapical inflammation.Methods:Ten teeth treated with dental pulp revascular-ization were followed up for 10 to 27 months and revisited every 3 to 6 months.The clinical symptoms of teeth and the devel-opment of roots before and after treatment were evaluated through consultation,clinical examination and X-ray examination.Results:After dental pulp revascularization,all the clinical symptoms of the affected teeth disappeared,the periapical lesions healed,the clinical effective rate and the clinical survival rate of the affected teeth reached 100%,and the X-ray examination showed that periapical lesions healed,the root continued to develop,the diameter of the apical foramen decreased,and the root length increased(P＜0.05),however the thickness of root did not increase significantly(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Pulp revas-cularization is effective in the treatment of pulp necrosis in young permanent teeth with or without periapical periodontitis.关键词
