建立两头扭曲缠绕管的数值仿真模型,模拟湍流状态下丙烷工质在缠绕管内的流动传热特性,对槽深、扭曲节距、雷诺数等流动传热影响因素进行分析,拟合得到摩擦因数、努塞尔数的无量纲经验公式.缠绕管的相对摩擦因数随槽深增加而增大,特别是在扭曲节距较小的情况下更加明显.缠绕管的相对努塞尔数与槽深呈正相关,在雷诺数较低、扭曲节距较小时,影响效果更加显著.缠绕管适用于低雷诺数、小扭曲节距的情况.

A numerical simulation model of two-start twisted helically wound tube is established to sim-ulate the flow and heat transfer characteristics of pro-pane working fluid in the tube under turbulent state.The influencing factors of flow and heat transfer,such as groove depth,twisted pitch and Reynolds number are analyzed,and the dimensionless empirical formulas of friction factor and Nusselt number are obtained by fitting.The relative friction coefficient of the helically wound tube increases with the increase of groove depth,especially when the twisted pitch is small,it is more pronounced.The relative Nusselt number of the helically wound tube is positively corre-lated with the groove depth,and the effect is more sig-nificant when the Reynolds number is low and the twis-ted pitch is small.Helically wound tube is suitable for low Reynolds number and small twisted pitch.
