假捻变形工艺对涤纶DTY物理及染色性能的影响研究OACSTPCD
Study on the effect of draw texturing process on the mechanical and dyeing performance of polyester DTY
涤纶DTY生产工艺已经非常成熟,但都停留在生产经验总结阶段,各项工艺参数对DTY物理及染色性能的影响尚无系统性的研究.基于此,本文通过调控加弹速度、第一热箱温度、牵伸比、假捻比、第二超喂率、第二热箱温度等假捻变形工艺参数,并采用正交试验法分析了各参数对涤纶DTY纱线线密度、断裂强度、断裂伸长率、卷曲收缩率等物理性能和色彩表现的影响规律.结果表明,牵伸比对涤纶DTY线密度和断裂伸长率起到最主要影响;第一热箱温度对涤纶DTY断裂强度起到最主要影响;第二超喂率对涤纶DTY卷曲收缩率起到最主要影响;加弹速度、第二热箱温度对涤纶DTY纤维的结晶度起到主要影响.此外,在参数范围内结晶度越大、结晶速度越快的涤纶DTY纱线,其染色指标稳定性越差.
The differentiation of textile fibers can endow fiber materials with various characteristics.As a typical fiber differentiation method,the draw texturing process is a method that employs physical processing.Through the mechanical and thermal actions of the draw texturing machine,it processes thermoplastic chemical fibers such as polyester and nylon,giving them improved appearance,physical performance,and dyeing properties.Polyester is a kind of chemical fiber,having the largest production capacity.Meanwhile,polyester has good mechanical properties,thermal stability,and water washing resistance,so it is widely used in clothing textiles,home textiles,and industrial textiles.This paper investigated the influence of the draw texturing process on the physical and dyeing performance of polyester DTY,providing reference for the stable production and quality control of polyester DTY. To study the influence of the draw texturing process on the physical and dyeing performance of polyester DTY,this study adopted an orthogonal experimental method to investigate the comprehensive influence of processing speed,first hot-box temperature,draft ratio,false-twist ratio,second overfeeding rate,and second hot-box temperature on the tensile strength and crystallinity of polyester DTY.First,a six-factor three-level orthogonal test table was designed,and a reasonable range of parameters was selected.Test plans were developed by choosing a processing speed of 500 m/min,600 m/min,and 700 m/min,respectively,a temperature of 185 ℃,205 ℃,and 225 ℃,respectively for the first hot-box,a draft ratio of 1.5,1.6,and 1.7,respectively,a false-twist ratio of 1.3,1.5,1.7,respectively,a second overfeeding rate of 2%,3%,and 4%,respectively,and a second hot-box temperature of 150 ℃,170 ℃,and 190 ℃,respectively.Tests and analysis were done on the linear density,breaking strength,strength elongation,and crimp shrinkage rate and crystallinity of polyester DTY,which were produced in each plan. The results show that in this study,the draft ratio has the most significant impact on the linear density and strength elongation of polyester DTY,and both show noticeable negative correlations;the first hot-box temperature has the most significant impact on the breaking strength of polyester DTY,showing a first positive and then negative tendency;the second overfeeding rate has the most significant impact on the crimp shrinkage rate of polyester DTY,showing a negative correlation;the processing speed and the second hot-box temperature have the main impact on the crystallinity of polyester DTY,and the two show remarkable negative and positive correlations,respectively.Furthermore,polyester DTY with higher crystallinity and faster crystallization rate has poorer dyeing index stability.Because of this,to ensure the stable production,the crystallinity should be controlled at around 40%.Moreover,in order to improve the dyeing uniformity of polyester DTY,it is necessary to appropriately reduce the processing speed,the first and second hot-box temperatures. Through comprehensive research and analysis,the impact of various process parameters on polyester DTY can be effectively obtained,providing reference for production practice.
