随着人工智能技术的不断发展,铁路正在积极推进人工智能的深度应用,致力于帮助旅客以更便捷、更安全的方式出行.基于铁路客运发展的趋势,为提升旅客出行体验,研究并设计适用于铁路客运站应用场景的智能服务机器人,实现智能服务机器人的功能设计和关键技术研究.智能服务机器人利用人脸识别、语音识别、多轮对话、语音合成等多种智能交互技术,结合铁路客运站相关业务,利用铁路客运站现有设施,提供信息查询、站内导航、常见问题解答、车站大屏显示、车站通知播报等服务.智能服务机器人致力于实现与旅客的无障碍互动交流,帮助旅客解决出行途中遇到的问题,为旅客提供更加自动化、智能化、人性化的服务,从而提升铁路客运站服务水平,成为实现铁路智慧出行的硬件支撑.

With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,the railway is actively promoting the in-depth application of artificial intelligence and is committed to helping passengers travel more conveniently and safely.Based on the trend of railway passenger transport development,to enhance the passenger travel experience,this paper studied and designed intelligent service robots suitable for railway passenger stations,realizing the functional design and key technology research on intelligent service robots.The intelligent service robots used various intelligent interactive technologies such as face recognition,speech recognition,multi-round dialogue,and speech synthesis.Combined with relevant services of railway passenger stations and made use of existing facilities of railway passenger stations,the robots can provide services such as information inquiry,intra-station navigation,frequently asked questions,station large-screen display,and station notification broadcast.Intelligent service robots are devoted to achieving barrier-free interaction with passengers,helping them solve problems encountered during travel and providing them with more automated,intelligent,and humanized services.They can improve the service level of railway passenger stations and become the hardware support for realizing railway smart travel.
