一例羊淋巴外渗的诊断及治疗报告OA

Lymphatic extravasation is a relatively rare surgical disease in clinical practice.The main cause is the intractable edema caused by the rupture of the local lymphatic vessels and the accumulation of exuded lymph fluid in the subcutaneous tis-sue due to the external force.The disease is easily confused with hematoma,inflammatory edema and other subcutaneous ede-ma diseases,resulting in failure of diagnosis and treatment.This case reports in detail the diagnosis and treatment process of lymphatic extravasation swelling caused by the rupture of lymphatic vessels at the wrist joint of sheep,which is a reference for clinical veterinarians.
