香菜多糖的抗氧化及降血糖活性研究
Antioxidant and hypoglycemic activity of polysaccharide extracted from cilantro

Abstract
The antioxidant activity and hypoglycemic activity of polysaccharides extracted from cilantro were studied.The antioxidant activities of cilantro polysaccharides were evaluated by DPPH·and ABTS+·radical scavenging abilities and total antioxidant capacity,and hypoglycemic activities were evaluated by its inhibitory effect on α-amylase and α-glucosidase activities.The results showed that with the increase of concentration of cilantro polysaccharide extract,its total reducing capacity and free radical scavenging rate increased.When cilantro polysaccharide mass concentration was 2 mg/mL,its scavenging rates of DPPH and ABTS+ radicals were 61.32%and 70.76%,respectively,indicating it had a strong antioxidant activity.In addition,the inhibition rates of α-amylase and α-glucosidase also increased with the increase of cilantro polysaccharides concentrations.When the concentration of cilantro polysaccharides was 6 mg/mL,the inhibition rates of these two enzymes could reach to 49.01%and 64.76%,respectively.The results showed that the polysaccharides had certain hypoglycemic activity.Therefore,cilantro polysaccharide can be used as a natural antioxidant and hypoglycemic substance.The study provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Cilantro in food,medicine and health care products.关键词
