Abstract
In order to explore the preparation process of ganoderma lucidum spore oil,the effects of different extraction processes were investigated.Single factor and response surface tests were used to optimize the supercritical CO2 extraction process conditions.The improvement of ganoderma lucidum spore oil quality by molecular distillation was studied.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the extraction rate,triterpene content,and acid value of ganoderma lucidum spore oil obtained by N-hexane extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction.In the supercritical CO2 extraction process,a granulation process was required for pretreatment.The best extraction conditions were as follows:temperature 50℃,pressure 28 MPa,and time 3.5 h.Under these conditions,the yield of ganoderma lucidum spore oil in a small-scale test was 28.57%,and the yield of ganoderma lucidum spore oil in a pilot-scale test was 29.12%.After molecular distillation,the sensory properties,acid value and plasticizer content of ganoderma lucidum spore oil were greatly improved.关键词
