Countermeasures to Promote The High-Quality Development of Characteristic Oilseeds and Oil Industry in China
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To put forward the countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of China's characteristic oilseeds and oil industry.[Method]Using literature analysis and SWOT methods,the paper systematically expounded the importance of accelerat-ing the development of China's characteristic oil industry,and comprehensively analyzed the situation opportunities and challenges facing the development of the characteristic oil industry.[Result]From the supply side,it faces problems such as insufficient scientific and technological support capacity,lagging infrastructure construction,short industrial chain,low added value of products,and relatively lag-ging brand building.From the consumption side,there are excessive total oil consumption,insufficient intake of characteristic varieties,excessive processing and serious table waste,low cognitive level of residents,and healthy consumption concept has not yet formed.[Conclusion]Countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of China's characteristic oilseeds and oil industry should include accelerating technological innovation and standard system construction,promoting moderate processing and reducing loss and increasing efficiency,increasing the popularization of nutrition knowledge and consumption guidance.关键词
