国外学龄前儿童食物营养监测体系比较研究
Comparative Study on Food Nutrition Monitoring Systems for Preschool Children Abroad
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To summarize the relatively complete food nutrition monitoring index system,policy laws and current research progress of preschool children in some developed countries abroad,analyze and compare the food nutrition monitoring system of preschool children in China,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the nutrition monitoring system suitable for China's national conditions and formulating related rules and regulations.[Method]The research papers,reviews and books about the food nutrition monitoring index system of preschool children in different countries were summarized.[Result]Some developed countries have established relatively detailed standardized,institutionalized,comprehensive and targeted food nutrition monitoring systems,and have mature operating mechanisms,databases and network platforms.Compared with China,the food nutrition monitoring system for preschool children has gradually improved and achieved remarkable results in recent years,but it started late and developed slowly.[Conclusion]China needs to construct a suitable food nutrition monitoring index system for preschool children as soon as possible,formulate food nutrition and health related policies and laws,and take timely intervention measures to guide preschool children to cultivate healthy food consumption patterns,so as to gradually improve the nutritional and health status of preschool children and promote their healthy growth.关键词
