摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To summarize the series of nutrient profile models developed by WHO,and propose recommendations for restricting the nutrient profile model marketed to children in China.[Method]To sort out,compare and analyze the food categories,calcula-tion benchmarks,key nutrients and nutrient measurement system of the nutrient measurement models in various WHO regional offices.[Result]WHO regional offices developed nutrient profile models that restrict marketing to children from 2013 to 2019.The WHO nutrient profile models use the same calculationbasis and type of nutrient profile models.The different regional offices optimized accordingly in terms of food groups and key nutrients according to the current situation and needs,and made recommendations on food groups,critical nutrients,and cut-off points adjustment for the establishment of the nutrient profile model to restrict marketing to children in China.[Conclusion]Based on the existing food composition information and processing process in China,the mandatory content labeling of nutri-tion labels and the dietary characteristics of Chinese residents,combined with the experience of WHO nutrient profile models,it can provide theoretical support and scientific basis for China to build the nutrient profile model that restricts marketing to children.
