Screening and Guidance Value of Three Nutritional Risk Assessment Methods for COPD Combined with Malnutrition

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the screening and guiding value of NRS 2002,MNA and MUST for COPD combined with malnutri-tion.[Method]A total of 142 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into malnutrition group(71 cases)and good nutrition group(71 cases)according to traditional nutritional assessment methods.The consistency of NRS 2002,MNA and MUST nutritional risk assessment scores,physical examination index,nutrition index and NRS 2002,MNA and MUST nutritional risk assessment scores with traditional nutritional assessment methods was compared between the two groups,and the evaluation efficacy was compared.[Result]The score of MNA and MUST in good nutrition group was significantly higher than that in malnutrition group,and the score of NRS 2002 was significantly lower than that in malnutrition group(P<0.05).TSF,AMC,CC and BMI of well-nourished group were significantly higher than those of malnourished group(P<0.05).TP,ALB and Hb in well-nourished group were significantly higher than those in malnutrition group,while TF was lower than that in malnutrition group(P<0.05).With traditional nutritional evaluation as the gold standard,the results of NRS 2002,MNA and MUST score Kappa test were 0.662,0.620 and 0.634,respectively.There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the three nutritional risk assessment scores(P>0.05).[Conclusion]NRS 2002,MNA and MUST have good consistency and diagnostic efficacy in the screening of COPD combined with malnutri-tion,and the clinical application can be selected according to the actual situation of patients.关键词
