低碳水化合物饮食对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平影响的Meta分析
Meta-Analysis of The Effect of Low-Carbohydrate Diet on Blood Glucose Levels in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
[Objective]Meta-analysis of the effect of low-carbohydrate diet on blood glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.[Method]A systematic search of publicly available randomized controlled trials,case-control studies and cohort studies on the ef-fect of low-carbohydrate diets on blood glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes was conducted from the China Knowledge Network,Viplnfo,Wanfang database,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,the Cochrane Library and ProQuest databases from their inception to March 2023.Randomised controlled trials,case-control studies and cohort studies on the ef-fect of low-carbohydrate diets on blood glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes.The literature that met the inclusion criteria was analysed using Rev Man 5.4 software.[Result]Meta-analysis showed that compared to the control group,the intervention group showed no statistically significant difference in improving FBG levels[MD=-0.00,95％CI(-0.11,0.10),P=0.92]and 2 hPBG levels[MD=0.04,95％CI(-0.06,0.15),P=0.41].Both showed no statistically significant difference in terms of HbA1c,but in terms of improved HbA1c levels in the intervention and control groups showed a statistically significant difference[MD=-0.18,95％CI(-0.25,-0.12),P＜0.00001].[Conclusion]The current evidence suggests that there is a significant improvement in HbA1c levels in patients with gestational diabetes with a low-carbohydrate diet,but not yet in FBG and 2 hPBG levels.Due to limitations in the quantity and quality of the included literature,there is still a need for validation in multicentre,large sample,high-quality randomised controlled trials.关键词
