基于主成分分析探讨偏颇体质在乳腺癌患者焦虑抑郁共病中的作用
Discusses the Role of Biased Constitution in Comorbidity of Anxiety and Depression of Breast Cancer Patients Based on Principle Component Analysis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of biased constitution in the process of anxiety forming depression in breast cancer patients.Method:Self-made scale,constitution in Chinese medicine questionnaire(CCMQ)and hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)were used to collect basic information,evaluate TCM constitution score and assess anxiety and depression status of patients selected from Yunnan Cancer Hospital from July 2019 to May 2021 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.On the basis of data standardization,the principle component analysis was carried out on the obtained biased constitution scores,and the mediating effect of the biased constitution scores was further explored through Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression model and Bootstrap method.Result:A total of 950 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective recovery rate was 90.65%.Among the 950 patients,398 had anxiety or depression,of which 283(71.11%)with comorbidity of anxiety and depression.After dimensionality reduction of eight kinds of biased constitution scores,a principal component"biased constitution score"was obtained,with eigenvalue＞1 and variance contribution rate of 80.13%.After it was included in Pearson correlation analysis,the results showed that the biased constitution scores were positively correlated with anxiety scores and depression scores(r=0.688,0.643,P＜0.001),and anxiety scores was positively correlated with depression scores(r=0.860,P＜0.001).Biased constitution plays a part of mediating role between anxiety and depression,and the mediating effect was 0.063,the total effect was 0.063 + 0.784=0.847,and the mediating effect accounts for 7.44%of the total effect.Conclusion:The corrective treatment of the biased constitution of anxious patients can prevent the occurrence of depression to a certain extent,so as to reduce the incidence of comorbidity of anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients,improve their mental health and long-term prognosis.关键词
