复合微生物菌剂的筛选及促生效果的研究OA

微生物菌肥作为当前一种作物产量更高、品质较优良、环境更加友好无污染的新型绿色肥料,不仅能够迅速增加田间土壤表面的综合肥力,还能够显著改善气候和优化调配优质土壤.微生物作为微生物菌肥的重要成分,将其分离提纯并制成微生物菌剂可实现有针对性的促进植物生长等功效.为了筛选出高效的微生物菌剂,通过单株菌对柑橘枳壳苗的促生盆栽试验,筛选获得促生效果明显的菌株,然后通过沃柑盆栽试验筛选最优的菌株组合并探究该组合对作物的促生效果,最后以玉米、柑橘、桉树为对象进行肥料增效试验.试验共筛选出25株对枳壳小苗有明显促生作用的菌株;将筛出的25株菌株随机组合开展试验,筛选出最优的3株菌,分别为藤黄微球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、拟蕈状芽孢杆菌.将这3株菌混合开展促生效果试验,试验结果表明:与对照组相比,浇灌该组合菌的沃柑株高增加87.50%、地径增粗52.48%.施用添加有该组合微生物菌剂的肥料,桉树苗比对照组株高增加0.33%、地径增粗9.16%;玉米比对照组鲜重增加1.25%、干重增加1.25%;沃柑比对照组地径增粗7.48%.

As a new type of green fertilizer with higher crop yield,better quality and more friendly and pollution-free environment,microbial fertilizer can not only rapidly increase the comprehensive fertility of soil surface in the field,but also significantly improve the climate and optimize the allocation of high-quality soil.As an important component of microbial fertilizer,microorganisms can be purified and prepared into microbial agents to promote plant growth.In order to screen out efficient microbial agents,through the pot experiment of promoting growth of a single strain on Fructus aurantii,the strains with obvious growth promoting effect were screened,and then the optimal strain combination was screened through the pot experiment of mandarin orange to explore the growth promoting effect of the combination on crops.Finally,the fertilizer efficiency experiment was conducted with corn,citrus and eucalyptus.A total of 25 strains of Fructus aurantii were screened,which could promote growth of Fructus aurantii seedlings.The 25 strains were randomly combined for the test,and the optimal 3 strains were selected,which were Micrococcus luteus(labeled as GXMD-hs-11052)and Bacillus subtilis(labeled as:GX-MD-hs-13035),Bacillus mycoides(labeled Gxun-30).The three strains were mixed to carry out growth promotion test.The test results showed that:compared with the control group,the plant height increased by 87.50%and the ground diameter increased by 52.48%.Compared with the control group,the plant height and ground diameter of eucalyptus seedlings increased by 0.33%and 9.16%when the fertilizer was added with the combined microbial agent.Compared with the control group,fresh weight and dry weight of corn increased by 1.25%and 1.25%.Compared with the control group,the ground diameter increased by 7.48%.A mixture of three strains was selected in the experiment,which had significant growth promotion effect on citrus,eucalyptus,maize and other crops,and provided the basis for the following large-scale application,which is of great significance for the development of green friendly fertilizer.
