Circle Renlun Capital and The Startup Growth:on The Perspective of Network Organization

Abstract
Social capital has always been a research hotspot in the field of entrepreneurial management.However,the existing research follows the concept and system of social capital in foreign countries,and most of the research conclusions have the problem of cultural contingency.It is urgent to explore the circle Renlun capital and reveal its growth mechanism with startup by combining the structure,relation and cognition attribute of confucian culture.This paper takes the localization concept of"Circle Guanxi"as the core,defines the three-dimensional attribute of circle Renlun capital,and constructs the basic framework of Renlun capital,resource acquisition and startup growth.And taking 181 entrepreneurial enterprises as samples,under the background of confucian circle Renlun capital culture,this paper reveals the mechanism of circle Renlun capital on the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises.It is found that the differential structure and relationship characteristics of Renlun capital are helpful for entrepreneurs to obtain entrepreneurial resources and promote the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises.The higher the degree of embedding enterprise network-chain,the more obvious this situation.关键词
