Visual analysis of the development of higher education of Chinese medicine

目的 通过梳理2012-2022 年中医药高等教育的发展趋势和前沿理论,全面了解中医药高等教育现阶段的发展情况及未来研究热点,为相关学者在中医药高等教育领域的探索提供参考.方法 使用CiteSpace 6.1 版可视化分析2012-2022 年中文期刊发表的以"中医药高等教育"为主题和关键词的 503 篇文献的作者、机构及关键词.结果 以"中医药高等教育"为主题和关键词的文章的发文高峰为 2017 年;作者史亚飞和郭宏伟的发文量最多;黑龙江中医药大学的发文量最多,其次是南京中医药大学;共产生了 8 种关键词聚类,关键词中医药、人才培养、高等教育的出现频次和中心值较高,是学者 2012-2022 年的研究焦点,关键词改革、师承教育分别是8 个关键词中持续时间最长和爆发强度最高的,2020-2022 年的研究趋势为"守正创新".结论 中医药高等教育应在适应教育变革和国际化的基础上,推崇守正创新,通过师承教育与院校教育相结合的教学模式,培养符合社会多元需求的中医优秀人才.

Objective To gain a comprehensive understanding of the status quo and the future research focuses of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)higher education to provide reference for relevant research based on a review of development trends and frontiers from 2012 to 2022.Methods CiteSpace 6.1 was used to visually analyze the authors,affiliations,and keywords of 503 Chinese journal articles about TCM higher education published from 2012 to 2022.Results The publication peaked in 2017.In terms of authors,SHI Yafei and GUO Hongwei contributed the largest numbers of papers.In terms of affiliations,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine published more articles than others,followed by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.In terms of keywords,eight keyword clusters were generated.The frequency and central value were high of such keywords as"TCM","talent cultivation",and"higher education",which corresponded to the research focuses from 2012 to 2022."Reform"and"apprenticeship"had among the eight keywords the longest duration of bursts and strongest citation bursts respectively.The research trend between 2020 and 2022 was identified as"adhering to the right path and innovating".Conclusion Adapting to educational reform and internationalization,TCM higher education should adhere to the right path and innovate,and cultivate outstanding TCM talents who meet the diversified needs of the society by means of integrating apprenticeship with formal education.
