根据"十四五"时期陕西省农业绿色发展主要方向,构建资源节约、环境友好、生态保育、质量高效 4 个维度 13 个二级指标的农业绿色发展指标体系,采用熵值法测度陕西省农业绿色发展水平,结果表明:4 个维度的增长幅度差异较大,生态保育增长幅度最大,资源节约却呈下降趋势.从区域分析来看,陕北、陕南、关中3 个区域的农业绿色发展水平不均衡,水平最高的是陕南地区.从 10 个地级市分析来看,西安农业绿色发展水平最高,铜川、榆林等地水平较低.结合相关分析,提出要提高农业资源利用率、强化农业面源污染防治、加强区域间农业绿色协调发展、发展绿色农业技术水平等对策建议.

According to the main direction of agricultural green development in Shaanxi Province during the 14th Five Year Plan period,an agricultural green development indicator system with four dimensions of re-source conservation,environmental friendliness,ecological conservation,and quality efficiency,as well as 13 secondary indicators,was constructed.By using the entropy method to determine the weight of indicators,the measurement of the level of agricultural green development in Shaanxi province was carried out to analyze and evaluate its level and evolution characteristics of agricultural green development.The results indicate that the southern Shaanxi region has the highest level of agricultural green development.Xi'an has the highest level of agricultural green development among the ten prefecture level cities.Based on relevant analysis,it is proposed to improve the utilization rate of agricultural resources,strengthen the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution,strengthen the coordinated development of green agriculture among regions,and develop the level of green agricultural technology.
