Abstract
This research aims to support teachers'personal and professional growth,and promote the implement of paperless and online professional title evaluation process by developing a set of teacher development and professional title evaluation system in colleges and universities based on JavaWeb technology.The system is composed of five main modules and an auxiliary module,which provides a platform for teachers to submit personal information and evaluation data.The design of system adopts automatic data flow processing,and it supports data grouping and other functions,improving work efficiency and user experience.The practical application shows that the system effectively promotes the process of teachers'professional title evaluation,which has strong practicability and effectiveness in the evaluation and development of teachers'professional title in colleges and universities,and provides a new technical solution.关键词
